‘Beachview Bungalow welcomes you to the east side of Warrnambool, conveniently placed by the beautiful Moyjil headland at the Hopkins River mouth, Lady Bay and Logan’s Beach precinct.

This house has been our home for over 2 decades with the Southern Ocean views upstairs and the yoga room/quiet retreat downstairs. 

​

Over the years we’ve enjoyed views of nature playing out before us, watching pelicans glide over the water, southern wright whales coming to the nursery at Logan’s beach, and families of blue wrens in our north garden. Sunsets constantly delighted us, as did the late breakfasts and dinners after a stroll down the hill at the beautiful heritage Proudfoot’s Boathouse on the river.

Enjoy easy access to off-road bike riding and walking along the promenade to the river mouth, “Granny’s Grave” playground on the edge of Lady Bay, extending all the way to Simon’s at the surf-club for mid-ride/walk milk shakes and even further on to the Pavillion and the breakwater extending into Stingray bay.

The Bungalow is a short walk to the Warrnambool Race course, a 2 minute drive to nearby Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s and other speciality stores.
