Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 8 km, railway station "Asti" 8 km. Appendino House, consisting of a main house and a dependence, is located on the edge of a golf course (currently closed, as of July 2023) in a new development area (currently no construction activity). The annex has no heating.

Upper floor: 1 room with Dressing room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/bidet/WC. (open staircase), 1 open room with 2 beds (100 cm, length 200 cm). Heating, air-conditioning, underfloor heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 30.04. Parquet floors. Terrace 30 m2, roofed terrace 50 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Small driving range on the private estate. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, the annex will not be available for use.
