[Luggage Storage]:

1. Unable to store your luggage on-site, but a luggage storage service is available nearby and detailed information will be sent out to you once your booking is confirmed.

[Parking Options]:

1. Free on-street parking is available from 8:30 pm to 7:30 am.

3. Wilson secure paid parking is available across the street.

[Public Transports]:

1. All our apartments are located in the Free Tram Zone.

2. All our apartments are located near the major train station.

3. All our apartments are located near either the Skybus Terminal or the Skybus Citylink Stop with direct access to and from Melbourne Airport.

[Additional Penalties]

1. Any damaged or missing items found after check out will incur a penalty equivalent to the cost of replacing the damaged or missing items.

2. If the premise is found to be unreasonably unclean after checking out, the guest will be charged a penalty fee equivalent to the cost of additional cleaning.
