Ridgeway lodge is a true hidden gem. The panorama over the Kaikoura Ranges is magnificent and can be enjoyed from the decks and the many windows encapsulating the view. This authentic log cabin comes fully equipped with all the modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The house comprises three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds. The third room is only usable over summer (outdoor access only) and contains a bunkbed and roll out single. There is a new open plan kitchen with dishwasher and all cooking facilities needed. The lounge doors open up to the deck with a wooden outdoor setting to enjoy the latest summer nights. The bathroom downstairs comes with basin, shower and toilet; and there is a separate toilet upstairs, accessible from the singles room. The cabin has a cozy logfire for heating; Firewood supplied. The big mezzanine space offers a second lounge for kids to play or to find some quiet space to read a book. A big screen TV is provided here. A foldout sofa bed here offers some extra sleeping space over winter.

The Lodge is 2000 feet above sea level: enjoy pure mountain water and crisp air. Love the outdoor activities from walking and mountain biking or go for a swim in the tarn. This log cabin has everything you need for a holiday. Perfect for families with plenty of entertainment both inside (games and puzzles) and outside (explore the bush).
