Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house. Electric vehicle charging station. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 800 m, lake Längssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, chair lift 500 m, slopes, ski rental 200 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Längssee 35 km, Klopeinersee 60 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavantaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
