The Holiday Let is on the 1st Floor accessible via outside stairs and comprises of 2 bedrooms, entrance hallway, lounge-kitchen-diner, and bathroom.

Kitchen/diner with lounge with comfortable seating and TV/Free Sat, and a well laid out kitchen with cooker, and everything else you could possibly need. Washing machine and Fridge/freezer

Two bedrooms – both twins or one can be turned in to a double.

The bathroom is fully tiled and has power shower, bath, wash basin, and loo.

The Holiday Let is double glazed throughout, and has gas central heating. The property is also very well insulated and fully alarmed.

Outside area has a patio, parking area and secure garage all within it’s own compound which is accessible via secure gates.
