Dogs Welcome
Our lovely ground floor studio is perfect for singles or couples and well behaved dogs allowed. The studio is located in a very quiet part of Golden Beach, 3 minutes walk to the beautiful Pumistone Passage boardwalk, 500 metres to a beachside coffee shop and to the Golden Beach village which includes Spar supermarket, Cafe Sisley, Earth Cafe, The Real Grocer( vegan) plus pizza/Asian restaurants and other shops, 2 ks to Pelican Waters Shopping Centre where Coles, Woolworths and a tavern are situated.
4 ks to central Caloundra (via boardwalk) and 5ks to surf beach (Kings Beach) – and only 250 metres to the Power Boat Club, a popular licensed club with beachside dining. It is also only 250 metres to a large dog-off-leash park where you can share holiday fun with your dog.

.well behaved, house trained dogs ( not registered as dangerous) are welcome.
For your added safety we have external Arlo security cameras
+++Please note that we will be ensuring the Studio is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. The washing machine will also be disinfected in between guest stays. Please contact me if you have any questions.

The studio is located on the ground floor of a residential house, not an apartment building, but is completely independent with its own entrance. Parking is conveniently located at the front door or garage if available. There are no steps. We have a fold away portable bed if required for a child.

-No smoking anywhere on the property.

*DOGS MUST BE HOUSE TRAINED AND NOT BARK
*PLEASE ENSURE YOUR DOG DOES NOT GO ON THE BED OR LOUNGE AS IT WILL RESULT IN AN EXTRA CLEANING FEE.
