Avalon Abode 'Guest Suite' is a luxury 1 bedroom flat semi attached to our 4 bedroom beach home uniquely positioned in the heart of Currumbin, a stones throw from the mighty pacific and the foothills of subtropical rainforests.
We invite you to take the time and space to unwind in our sun filled sitting room which is the perfect place for a bevy or warm cup of tea, all provided with our compliments.
Or why not sit outside in your private courtyard and listen to the waves roll in just steps away on the sand.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing your fresh seasonal produce from local farmers markets, or instead enjoy take away from the many restaurants close by, because, why not you're on holidays!
After a morning on Currumbin beach, enjoy an afternoon of downtime watching your favourite movie from the Netflix range on the flat screen TV in the bedroom.
The bedroom is equip with comfortable queen bed and linen for you to rest soundly. The ensuite bathroom attached has all you will need, including toiletries for a weekend, a week or month of rejuvenation.
We have curated beautiful and unique homewares from local businesses and added everything you will need from complimentary tea, coffee & toiletries.
Sustainability is our focus so our earth is in mind and heart in every detail throughout the home. Decorated lovingly with handmade rattan furniture, organic teas, toxic free toiletries and cleaning products (this has been adjusted since COVID-19 and we now clean and then disinfect all surfaces after cleans) and add disinfectant to the eco sprays for your use also.
We use rain water through our garden taps and toilet flushes and the home is powered by solar.
We welcome any suggestions you have for eco options you enjoy.

Guest Access:
When you arrive at the Abode you have your own private car space to pull into. You enter through a gated area via a key safe into a courtyard (This is a shared space that has the clothesline and the laundry entry which separates the main house from the guest suite) You take a private walkway to your own gated private courtyard which is where you enter the guest suite through the sliding door.
Please note the area where you first enter the property is a shared area to access the laundry, clothesline and the bins for both the main house and the Guest Suite.
Please be mindful of other guests when using common areas.
We have a strict no party policy and noise must be kept to a minimum until 9.30pm and cease after this time due to the home being in a residential area.
