Sunny, spacious studio room with ensuite and kitchenette, opening to garden space with lake views. The studio is within easy, flat, walking distance of main Jindabyne shops, park, cinema, restaurants and clubs. Flat screen TV and free WIFI included. Aalen has an outside hot-tub and firepit which is available for guests to use. Access to the spa after 9pm is not allowed due to neighbour quiet time request.

The space

The space is separated from 2 BR Suite by a shared access/laundry. It contains a large king bed, which may be separated to 2 king singles for a small fee.

Internal bike storage is available.

One off street (not under cover) parking area, and shared garden. The share is with the suite, which sleeps only 4. None of the internal areas are shared, except the entry which doubles as a share laundry with washer and dryer.

Guest access

Aalen 2 is the back building of 2 building strata. There is one allocated parking space at the top of the drive, please keep to one side to allow other guests the second space. Should you require a second space, please enquire of Dianne. Drive up the battle-axe drive way to your parking spot.

Guests have access to the entire garden and covered paved BBQ area. These areas may be shared with guests in the suite.m Aalen 2 adjoins a reserve which is quite pleasant, but not maintained except by locals. In summer the scrubby areas may contain snakes, so keep your eyes open.

Other things to note

Note that this space is a self contained studio room at the end of a 3 bedroom property, with owner living upstairs. Studio and 2BR configuration are secure from each other, or can be opened for 3 BR bookings.

Off street, but not under cover, parking is available. The yard is fenced, but owners have an overly friendly young Labrador who may be a nuisance to other pets. Please respect the privacy of any guests in the suite, and if it is separately booked during your stay, please try to keep noise to a minimum.
