Providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views, Kim’s Place is an ideal couple's retreat. With a relaxed, coastal feel, this north-facing self-contained private apartment is located on the ground floor of our architecturally designed home. 

With your own private entrance, and beach access across the road, look no further than Kim's Place.

Guests have their own entrance. Off street parking is provided on site.

Kim's Place does not provide breakfast, but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony.

Kims Place is located in Stanwell Park, a beautiful village nestled between the Illawarra escarpment and the sea. It is a 50min drive from Sydney; 30 minutes to Wollongong or a leisurely 15 minutes along the coast to Thirroul. A stay at Kim's Place provides the perfect opportunity to explore the Royal National Park and the Illawarra escarpment. Bring your bike and ride along the Sea Cliff Bridge and have breakfast at the newly renovated Imperial Hotel at Clifton. If you want a quieter pace, sit back on the balcony’s day bed and enjoy exceptional beach views and watch the hang gliders at Bald Hill.
