THE PROPERTY
Located on the peaceful Lake Wilson Preserve the property is situated on a quiet corner plot with a large driveway easily accommodating three vehicles.
An extensive 5-bedroom vacation rental with ample space for up to 10 people, available all year round. Large south facing terrace and an 8m pool, you can enjoy the Florida sunshine all day long. There is also a front green for badminton, soccer etc.
On the ground floor there are two sitting rooms with Smart TVs, the main lounge enjoying a new large screen TV. There is an extensive Kitchen Dining area which leads out to the Terrace where there is further dining, BBQ and of course the Pool. Also, on this level is a bathroom and the fifth bedroom, with Queen bed and smart TV. Access to the double garage is from the hallway where the washing and drying facilities are located. The garage area also has plenty of games where there is a Pool table, Darts, large Roku TV, kids games and books.
On the first floor you will find the Master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite (twin basins, large bath, and shower). The bedroom accesses the large balcony overlooking the pool and wooded conservation area.
There is also a double bedroom with Queen bed, and two further bedrooms each with two Twin (3ft) beds. All bedrooms have Smart Roku TVs. There is a family bathroom also on this level.
THE LOCATION
Orlando International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away, and Melbourne International Airport is around an hour.
You will only be around 20 minutes from Disney and around 30 minutes from Universal Studios.
There are more golf courses than you can swing a ‘driver' at within a 20-minute radius, with Reunion, Providence and Champions Gate within 10 minutes!
Downtown Orlando is around 40-minute drive where you will find the most extensive diversity of restaurants catering for all your dietary requirements.
Supermarkets - there is a Publix and Liquor stores within 5 minutes in either direction as you leave Lake Wilson Preserve, and a Walmart superstore is a 15- minute drive up Old Lake Wilson Road. Both supermarkets have a wide range of Plant Based food and Milk products.
ABOUT YOUR STAY
You must be over 21 years of age to book.
This villa is No Smoking, No Pets, Self Catering property.
There is a 22inch screen available for anyone travelling with work requiring a second monitor.
A full list of house rules are available on request and at the property, your deposit may be at risk.
For an additional fee the following can be added to your booking:
Pool Heating can be added to your booking and is priced according to the length of your stay and requirements
BBQ is available $75 per week (1 to 7 days) (please note a BBQ cleaning fee of $50 will be taken from deposit if the BBQ is not properly cleaned at the end of your stay)
Stair Gates are available, one for the top of the stairs, and one for the downstairs bedroom and bathroom at a one off cost of $50 for your stay.
Late check out fee is $40
Please note we take a full video walk around before guest arrival to assure you that the property has been fully inspected.
