The heated outdoor swimming pool is 14m by 5m and is available during allocated times during the week. It is heated using 100% renewable energy generated on site. The pool house features an open plan living area with indoor and outdoor catering facilities, three changing/bathrooms and a loo.
Lower Farm also has four other self-catering cottages - perfect for large groups of up to 24 people.

The Jacuzzi hot tub is shared amongst our five cottages, however is booked by guests so you have it privately when you use it - as it barely gets used it would be wasteful to have one per cottage

The entire Cottage, Swimming Pool and Pool House, Courtyard Garden, Laundry Room with Farm Shop, Hot Tub and 1000 acres of wildlife on RSPB Otmoor.

Our cottages are available for 3 nights minimum stays with weekly minimum bookings accepted from June-August, with a specific Saturday change-over for these months.

Whilst our cottages are self-catering we do provide you with a starter pack with the basics which includes tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, fairy liquid, sponge, soap, shampoo, a loo roll, fresh eggs from our hens and home-made treats.
Our Farm Shop with most essentials and some luxuries is located in the laundry room next to the cottages.
Sainsbury's in Kidlington is our closest supermarket only 10 minutes away with postcode OX5 2PE.
5* Egyptian Cotton Linen & Towels are provided and the kitchens are well equipped.
There is a separate laundry room which has leaflets of local attractions and plenty of Boardgames should the weather misbehave. We also have lots of DVDs to borrow in the Farmhouse - just ask!
The stunning Courtyard Garden is home to our Wendy House which is full of toys for children, our new Jacuzzi Hot Tub, a BBQ Area and also where we provide Table Tennis in the Summer months.
