We have a nice neighbourhood in the quiet zone of the city, we have the luxury of being able to have great bars and restaurants within a short distance and have the ability to come home to a nice quiet chilled place.

We have an open plan living space with two separate rooms, bedroom 1 has a king-size bed with plenty of space and the second room has two single beds, we feel the apartment as a whole is bright and spacious.

Nestled conveniently in the increasingly popular business district of the City, Cable Yard is excellently located being only a short walk to the L1 Shopping Centre and the Albert Dock. Train travel is also easily accessed with a short walk to both Lime Street and Moorfields Stations. Easy road access is provided by Leeds St which leads to the Birkenhead and Wallasey tunnels for access to the Wirral, motorway networks are also easily accessed.
