We do not take security deposits but instead will verify your ID via our partner Superhog. (Less damage, safer bookings, and pain-free integration with our intelligent short-term rental guest screening software.) We will communicate all your stay information including check in and wifi, parking etc. via Whats App and our specially created Guest Guide link which is sent after you book.

We have cleaning and maintenance teams close-by and on-site security for any issues. Noisy get-togethers or allowing more than the number specified will not be tolerated and the booking will be cancelled without notice.
