Our location is an easy walk/drive to the BesixWatpac Building site of the Seqirus-CSL development. And is close to the complex development site of the Next DC data-hub on Sharps Rd. This also includes close proximity to the Keilor business park and the AirPort business centre.

All stays are quoted with continental breakfast and on arrival complimentary wine/beer.

House external entry-door key safe provided for key pick-up and return or as advised by manager.

All 4 x bedrooms have separate restricted key entry for resident security, there is a house key deposit of $100 per 2 x restricted key set, one key is the house door entry the other is the bedroom entry.

On client check out, the return of the registered keys must be left with the house and the key-bond is refundable
