It’s one street back from the beach and just a few minutes walk to the main street with cafes, restaurants, shops, and an entertainment precinct on offer …but far enough not to be bothered by the noise.
Just around the corner, you will find some of the most amazing sights and great local entertainment for all ages, pubs and markets, shops and cafes, surf beaches and kid’s playgrounds, the odd fishing spot and a boat ramp. You can even take the local heritage steam train ‘The Cockle Train’ up and down the coast or ride the horse-drawn tram over to Granite Island. There are beautiful scenic walks with plenty of photo opportunities or just spend your afternoon at the local cellar door for a wine tasting and so much more….
Seaspray Cottage is pet-friendly and easily accessible as a single-story holiday accommodation. Updated in 2023, it’s a fantastic home away from home to holiday for you, your family, and your well-behaved pets who are welcome inside.
For the ultimate in comfort, there is Reverse Cycle air conditioning throughout, so it’s cool in summer and cosy in winter, and with a classic coastal style.
Each of the 3 beautiful bedrooms has a distinct colour theme – burnt ochre, navy blue and sage green, with beds freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt cover
The bedding configuration (sleeps 6) is as follows:

Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.
There is a 2nd lounge area, which doubles as a multi-purpose space with custom desk joinery for anyone needing a quiet space to work or write that next bestseller while on holiday.
The kitchen is stocked with a plentiful supply and selection of crockery, cutlery, utensils, cook and bakeware and glassware. It has all mod cons including a dishwasher, coffee pod machine, and microwave.
There is a European laundry with a washing machine and plumbed heat pump dryer within the main bathroom.
There’s an entertainer’s deck at the rear and a BBQ, so you can soak up the sun or find a shady spot.
The rear of the property is fully fenced to 2 meters high with no gaps. There is a garden bed and an artificial lawn. Your well-behaved pets are very welcome inside.
With rear access to the property a double garage plus a gravel area next to the garage for a small car and there is additional parking to the front of the property.
