The property is light and airy and decorated in a contemporary coastal style. Living space is available both upstairs and downstairs making this home the ideal place for people to spread out and relax!

The property is set up to accommodate 3 couples in “big beds” (1 king and 2 queens) plus two single beds in a fourth bedroom. In addition to the two living areas, there are also two outdoor spaces – the bog deck to the front of the house (enjoying the fabulous views) and a protected verandah space to the rear.

The property features all mod cons including ducted air conditioning (heating and cooling) throughout, a dishwasher, coffee machine, big-screen TVs upstairs and downstairs, and WiFi. There is also a downstairs workspace with a desk and office chair.

There are two bathrooms inside (ensuite to the main bedroom upstairs plus a main bathroom downstairs) with the luxury of an indoor bath. Outside there is a hot/cold solar-powered outdoor shower – great for post-beach showering for humans or dogs!

Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. You may wish to bring some extras. All bed linen is provided.

Pets

The property welcomes well-behaved pets indoors. There is a fully enclosed rear garden for pets to enjoy. The fence height is 1.8M.

Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $18 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
