This huge house is positioned in a quieter pocket of the Esplanade in the Victor town centre enjoying stunning sea and coastal views from both levels. You can pull up, throw the anchor over and see the sights of Victor, you don’t need your car to get places, everything is within walking distance.
Art Deco style circa 1937 home has been tastefully restored and extended maintaining high ceilings throughout, original features and elegant lighting.
Step up to the new front deck which is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the coastline. Entry to the home's central hallway with solid jarrah floors leads to a spacious guest bedroom and lounge with sea views.
There is a designer kitchen with expansive Caesarstone countertops with an integrated sink, an abundance of wall cupboards, a huge walk-in pantry plus a separate butler's pantry. There is a big fridge with an icemaker, a pod coffee machine and a dishwasher. It has an island bench for casual dining.
The huge family room has a big-screen TV and modular lounge. A dining table has sea views and sliding doors to the outdoor entertaining area with ceiling-mounted lighting. This area is cleverly designed offering a protected area to enjoy the sea views.
There are four Android Smart TVs, plus WiFi and Netflix.
The master bedroom suite is on the ground floor with stunning seaviews, walk-in robe, luxury en-suite and two way access to the powder room.
A classic timber staircase leads upstairs to a further two big bedrooms, both with spectacular sea views. The front balcony also boasts glorious sea, bay, beach, Bluff and island views. There is a main bathroom upstairs.

There is reverse cycle AC in all rooms with King Beds and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. In addition, there is a reverse cycle AC in the main living area.
The property welcomes your well-behaved pets indoors. There is a lovely rear garden, that is fully fenced to a height of 1.5M.

Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $17 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $34 for 1 night.
