The space

Our Edge17 cottage is simply gorgeous!

It faces Gipps Street and has its own direct access to the wharf via a fairy lit path.

There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, electric blanket, and en-suite.

Front and rear sunrooms, lounge, kitchen and dining area make this property comfortably spacious.

New gas log fire in the lounge, and air conditioning.

Guest access

We value our guests highly and want them to feel relaxed and comfortable during their stay. In addition to the cottage, we encourage our guests to spend time in the Edge17 gardens and furnished courtyard.

A very peaceful space and perfect for a coffee, wine or cosying up with a good book from the cottage library.

A quality outdoor setting under a huge umbrella, plus sunlounges with beach towels are provided for you. The gardens are lush and manicured, and there are several water features to enjoy.

A complimentary new guest laundry is yours to use, complete with late model washer dryer and laundry liquid. There is also a washing line should you prefer!

Access to the wharf is just steps away via a fairy lit path.

•Please note that while the Edge17 cottage is not waterfront, Edge17 guests have their own direct access through the courtyard and gardens to the wharf via a short 30 metre path.

•For the comfort of all guests, Edge17 is a guest-only property.

•The advertised rate is for up to two (2) guests using the one bedroom. Should any two guests require the use of both bedrooms, an additional fee of $50 per night will apply.
