We have panoramic vistas of Derwentwater, Skiddaw, Catbells, Maiden Moor, High Spy, Grange Fell, Black Crag, Troutdale Pinnacle, Shepherds Crag and Little Chamonix on our doorstep. Ideal for mountain views, nature, walking, rock climbing, photography, painting, water sport, fine dining and general rest and relaxation.

Our double-glazed one bedroom cedar wood cabin can accommodate up to 2 adults.

Master Bedroom - King sized 5' divan bed, which can split into 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables, 2 wardrobes, 2 chairs, mirror with vanity shelf and hair-dryer, a safe and an electric radiator.

We are the lucky owners of Field House, in the beautiful Borrowdale Valley. We live in such a breathtaking place, it just felt wrong to keep it all to ourselves. We hope that you love it as much as we do.

We are lucky enough to live in a naturally stunning place and are very aware of the fragile ecosystems around us.

To keep our carbon footprint as low as possible we try to buy local goods and employ local people as much as possible.

We provide environmentally friendly, plant based detergents and toiletries for you to use, to help protect our delicate aquatic habitats.

As well as our regular litter-picks to collect uncaring litter-bug's waste from our local area, we also have recycling bins for plastic, glass, metal and cardboard

Please help us do our bit for the environment by recycling.
