For shared use: garden (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 110 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 09.May. - 26.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, barbecue. Private: arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Please note: residence with electric gates. The owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog.

2-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table and CD-player. Exit to the garden, to the patio, to the swimming pool. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Upper floor: 1 open double bedroom. Open living/sleeping room with 2 sofabeds and TV. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). 1 pet/ dog allowed. The double bedroom and the living roomwith the 2 armchair beds are separated by a little wall, therefore there are not 2 completely independent. On the back of the house there is another shower/WC which can only be reached from the swimming pool at diposal of our guests.
