The space
There is plenty of room for the entire family to unwind: 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, Home Theatre Room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an expansive outdoor fenced yard. Ideal location across from the sand dunes with the island’s best beaches located just across the street. If you enjoy surfing or fishing then look no further. Endless options for entertainment within 10km of the property.
Let the kids play on their own private playground or run free in the fully fenced yard. This ideal location on a double block means children have plenty of room to play safely and adults have room to park automobiles, boats, or jet skis.
Another huge hit not only for the kids but adults as well is the newly set up Home Theatre Room. Stream all of your favourite content, whether it be live action sport or your favourite movies on the state of the art sound system.
Enjoy Phillip Island wildlife viewing from your holiday home: Wallabies roam the sand dunes just across the street, and shearwater birds soar through the sky from September through March. A nature reserve lines the property on one side. The Penguin Parade, one of the island’s main attractions, is just a short drive away.
Other amenities include a large top load washer (big enough to handle beach towels!); Dryer, Coonara wood fire heater for cold winter nights, and split system air conditioning upstairs and downstairs to keep you comfortable in the heat or even warmer during winter; upstairs living area featuring a 65-inch TV; downstairs living area with a 42-inch LCD TV; wall-mounted 32-inch LCD TV in the Master Bedroom; heaps of movies available on site for the whole family; plus free Wi-Fi and Netflix.

The guests have access to the entire property, only one room of the house is not accessible but that does not affect anything in any way.
