On the lower ground floor: living/dining room with dining table and TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with small dining table, open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Bath/bidet/WC. No heating option.
