Jones Beach Haven Escape is a lovely fully self-contained beachside studio with a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry in a quiet street located across the road from Jones Beach in beautiful Kiama Downs.  Jones Beach is great for a walk, run, surf, swim or stroll. Plenty of walking tracks are at your doorstep and we encourage you to enjoy the 20kms of beautiful scenery Kiama Coastal Walk has to offer.

The patrolled beach is perfect for a walk, run, swim or surf and a shade covered park will keep the kids entertained for hours. 

This beachside studio offers a versatile and flexible floor plan.  Featuring a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The studio is set up with a queen bed plus sofa which easily converts to a second queen bed and can accommodate up to three guests. Please specify your preferred bedding arrangement on booking.  

Outdoor seating is available at the back door to enjoy the serenity of Kiama Downs and a covered seating area is available out the front.  

All linen and towels are supplied. Cleaning supplies including basic pantry items, toiletries and hand sanitizer are supplied.

Everything you need to enjoy the beach is located within the studio apartment ranging from beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, buckets and spades plus surfboards. 

A number of dining options include Stacks, Cantik Place, Fish Vibes Cafe and Kiama Golf Club all within less than 400m easy flat walking distance. A fully stocked IGA supermarket, Cellarbrations liquor store, pharmacy and gym are located in the same small shopping complex.

Kiama Golf Club is 1km away boasting 18 beautiful holes on a level course offering dining options and entertainment with a free courtesy bus.

Kiama township is very popular with tourists and offers a number of beaches, pools, shops and markets as well as a Woolworths Supermarket.

Jones Beach is a fantastic beach for surfing and sun-baking with nearby Boneyard Beach a hidden gem.
