Grocery 1.2 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 1.3 km, bus stop 3 km, pebble beach "San Vito" 3.3 km. Marina 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Museo della Barca Lariana, Chiesa di S.Martino, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola, Lago di Lugano. 3-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: 1 room with 1 double bed. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) small living/sleeping room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, TV. Kitchen-/living room (oven, 4 gas rings) with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Exit to the veranda. Solar power. Natural stone floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Wood stove in the corridor of the raised ground floor. The refrigerator works on gas. A solar panel supplies the house with electricity (voltage 12 V), the quantity is limited.
