How do I make changes to my booking?
Once the booking is confirmed you’ll have direct contact with the agent/owner of your property should you need to make changes.
My booking was cancelled - where am I going to stay?
Your booking will no to be cancelled other than in exceptional circumstances. In the unlikely event that your booking is cancelled, we deal with only reputable holiday letting agents and owners who will be in touch should the situation change. Your agent/owner will do their best to assist you with alternative arrangements.
What do I need to know about rental regulations?
These are the responsibility of your agents/owner. They will let you know of any rules and conditions of your stay.
My flight has been cancelled and I can't go on my holiday. What should I do?
You will have direct contact with the agent/owner of your property should you need to make changes to your booking.
Where can I find check-in details and other arrival information for my stay?
Your agent/owner will provide all the important details about your check-in. You will have direct contact with the agent/owner in the lead up to your holiday should you have any questions. At your holiday property, your agent/owner will be close by to help.
What is the bond?
The bond is an amount of money held as security against any significant damages done to the property during your stay or any significant, additional cleaning required, should there be any issues with the way the property is left. Obviously, should there be no repairs or extraordinary cleaning required, your bond will be returned to you in full after your stay.
How do bonds or security deposits work?
Most agencies/owners will require a bond for your stay. Once your holiday is over then the bond will be refunded to you, should there be no significant damage. Normally only substantial damages or damages that need repair or extraordinary cleaning services as a result of your stay, would come out of the bond.
What should I do if an emergency situation might affect my booking?
You will have direct contact with the agent/owner of your property should you need to make changes to your booking.
How do I contact the owner or property manager?
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll have direct contact with the agent/owner managing your property. Your agent/owner will be close by to help during the length of your stay. You will also be able to contact them in the lead up to your holiday should you have any questions.
I can't find the property I booked online. What should I do?
If you’re concerned you can contact us. We can get in contact with the agent/owner of your property in the lead up to your holiday, should you have any questions. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll have details of the agent/owner should you need to get in touch. The agent/owner may choose to take the property offline if it is fully booked for a period of time.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
You will receive a booking confirmation and details of the property and the agent/owner of your property will be provided
How do I find the property?
All the information you need to get to the property and directions will be sent to you via a 'Check-in email' before your date of arrival.
Do I have to pick up keys to the property?
This will depend on the property, the agency/owner and the time of your arrival. The agent/owner will be in touch with all the necessary details.
What time are check-in and check-out?
This will depend on the property, the agent/owner and the time of your arrival. These details will be provided to you and the agent/owner will be able to answer any of these questions during your stay.
Do you have a minimum night's stay?
This will depend on the property, the agent/owner and the time of year that you make your booking. These details will clearly be outlined on the property listing and in your booking information.
Is linen provided?
Each listed property will detail if linen is included, provided at a cost or if you're required to bring your own. Your holiday rental agent/owner may be able to provide assistance to find a contact to rent linen at an extra cost. The information is under the guest Information tab or you can contact the agent directly.
What do I need to bring with me?
Each property will be set up differently. Some holiday homes may have supplies to get you through the first night or two, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, washing powder, while others will provide luxury toiletries and everything you'll need for your entire stay. Some properties also have basic supplies of tea, coffee, salt, and pepper, however, you generally need to provide your own food and drink. These details will be generally be provided to you either in the property listing and your agent/owner will be able to answer your questions in the lead up to your stay.
Is there a cot and highchair at the properties?
Cots and highchairs may be supplied at some homes. If not, then contact your holiday rental agent/owner to see if they can offer these at an additional rate or put you in touch with a local provider.
Can I bring my pet on holiday?
We have many pet-friendly properties that are listed on the website. A surcharge may be applicable for bringing your pet. Just because a property is pet friendly, doesn’t necessarily mean it is fully fenced.
If I cancel my booking will I get my money back?
Each property owner and holiday rental agent will have their own terms and conditions; these will be clearly detailed on the property listing and in the terms and conditions of your booking. There may be exceptional circumstances which should be discussed with your holiday rental agent/owner.
Can I hold my wedding reception at the property?
All wedding venues need to be licensed by the local authorities. Holiday homes are generally not licensed for this purpose. Agents, property owners and local councils may have a strict no party policy. Only guests staying at the property can be present.

Are there a maximum number of people who can stay at the properties?
Yes, only the number of people stated on the property description, or agreed to, are permitted to stay at the property.
Can I put a tent or caravan in the back garden for extra guests?
Each holiday property is equipped for a specific number of guests and may or may not included parking spaces. No tents, mattresses, caravans or additional cars are allowed other than specified in the booking.
Can I smoke at the property?
This will depend on the individual property. If smoking outside a non-smoking house, you will need to stand well clear of the windows and ensure you place all butts in the rubbish bin.
What shall I do if something breaks during my stay?
Agents and owners understand that accidents happen. Please report all accidents to your managing agent/owner during your stay.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not compulsory, but we recommend you take out domestic insurance to cover you for medical conditions, event cancellations or other situations that may restrict your travel.
